Alternative investments are more mainstream than we think. An alternative asset is any investment that is not stock, bonds, or cash. Private investments in real estate and in small or large businesses (equity and debt investments) are considered alternative investments.
To be considered an accredited investor, a person must have an annual income exceeding $200,000 ($300,000 for joint income) for the last two years with the expectation of a similar earning in the current year. Some investments may be only made available to accredited investors as per regulatory requirements.
We have made an extra effort to make the investment process as seamless as possible for investors. It is why we call it the "easy 3 step process". For an instructional video, visit our home page and scroll down to the "What we do" section.
